Delivery of Goods

We make the best effort to get products delivered within the estimated timescales; however delays are unexpected and inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Aussie Office Supplies shall not be held responsible for any delays.

Lead time is largely dependent upon the availability of products. When items are in stock, lead times are generally 3 to 5 business days. However, as product availability is dependent on current demand, delivery times can vary and no standard lead time can be guaranteed

All estimated delivery times are calculated from the time an order leaves our warehouse, not from the time the order was placed.

The delivery prices are absolutely reasonable and if you’re looking for something that's well within your budget then this is it.

Within Australia, we offer delivery of goods from 500 gm, 1Kg, 3 kg, 5 kg, to 10 kg and 25kg at 12, 14, 16, 20, 27, and 42 AUD respectively.

If the charges may vary according to the postal address, an added charge may be implied payable by the customer.

Delivery off all items requires a signature of acceptance, apart from DOA (Dead on arrival). Items will not be left without an authorised signature. If for any reason we cannot complete the delivery, Aussie Office Supplies has the right to charge freight for redelivery off the goods

	For all orders placed before 11.30 am, same day dispatch which will be chargeable provided stock is available	1 to 2 business days
	For all orders placed after 11.30 am on the same day, dispatch of goods will happen the next day provided stocks is available	3 to 5 business days
